Tom has nearly 30 years' experience in the financial services industry having worked at firms like Reuters, Bridge Trading, Chase Bank and QV Trading Systems Inc. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Finance and a Master of Science Degree in Information Systems; as well as advanced certifications in Object Oriented Development & Design and Technology Project Management from Baruch College and Villanova University respectively.

Sonia Chowdhury

Sonia Chowdhury has a compliance-rich background and is currently a Regulatory Solution Sales Subject Matter Expert at SteelEye. She has several years of experience in surveillance at leading financial service firms in EMEA. She has also spent time building communication surveillance tools and working closely with clients to create, design, and implement new features. Sonia loves contributing to the compliance community whenever possible by speaking at roundtables and regulatory advisory sessions. Additionally, she prides herself on being a mentor for young female professionals. Sonia believes in using her platform to empower women to join the tech sector and provide them with guidance and support around their career progression.
